BRILLIANCE is a bespoke installation created especially for Southend LuminoCity by ESL Technology Group.

Created with 5000 individual pixels of light, the railway bridge in the High Street will come alive with a kaleidoscope of colour, illuminating passersby as they stop to admire the striking neon artworks.
